+ r4 t. Q* N" k1 z+ W 今年3月1日，国际奥委会首次召开打击非法及违规体育Dubo会议。今后几年，国际奥委会将设置一个全球性监督机构，与非法Dubo和操纵比赛作斗争。与会的全国人大代表、天朝奥林匹克委员会副主席吴齐透露，会上，国际刑警组织充分肯定了天朝足球打黑经验，并称“值得各国借鉴”。

+ C0 Q4 X# \3 N, C0 G' @ 吴齐介绍，目前非法体育Dubo是一个世界性的问题，特别是网络赌球非常严重。国际奥委会3月1日召开的打击非法及违规体育Dubo会议本身就说明了问题的严重性。
6 a; d! |& Z+ p- c0 N/ S7 R- U0 L* V 参会的包括英国、法国、瑞士、澳大利亚的体育部长。他们介绍，现在非法体育Dubo往往通过网络进行，隐蔽性强，诱惑力大，几乎是毫无限制在蔓延。如果不利用司法的强力介入是没办法打击的。联合国打击毒品犯罪办公室的一名主任介绍，将来真正消除非法体育Dubo要靠国际组织、ZF相关部门、体育组织的联合打击。4 u: j( e: a5 `% L C% |+ @! s
就此，吴齐在会上代表天朝提出了四点建议，其中包括成立一个全球性的专门机构。各国也应成立相应机构，由ZF部门主导、有关方面参与，专门打击非法及违规体育Dubo，包括足球。
