一把刀、一个镊子再加一瓶胶水，男子易某用这三样工具嫁接涂改彩票号码，三次作案骗得奖金2700元。近日，易某被九龙坡区法院以诈骗罪判处拘役5月，并处罚金3000元。

“给我拿11张10元的彩票。”该男子拿到“绿翡翠”即开型彩票后，熟练地在销售柜台上刮奖。几分钟后，该男子挥动着手中的彩票，高呼中奖了。谭某接过彩票，核对兑奖号码无误后，拿出900元现金交给该男子，并连称该男子运气好。+ {. y' H" Q( } }1 ]: I
可到了下班时间，谭某检查中奖彩票时，却发现中奖彩票有问题，这是张挖补出来的假彩票。这张彩票的中奖号码是“07、08、26”，按照中奖规则，只要刮出的12个号码中有1个号码与任意1个中奖号码相符，就可获得900元奖金。
- k. j5 m' e4 ?* L: n9 \, g “那人刮出来的“中奖号码”是“26”，但尾数“6”明显是用胶水粘上去的，发现彩票有问题后，谭某很自责，“号码下面的拼音显示原号码应该是‘24’，居然让他蒙混过关了。”( H! R* V: ~) `3 A* \% k7 O
被捕后称是听了工友“支招”: J7 |4 Y! D% b% M5 S
事发后，谭某向辖区派出所报了案。几天后，该男子又带着伪造好的彩票到石新路另一家体彩销售点骗奖金，被工作人员当场发现并扭送到派出所。
: _( r9 I; M/ Z) ] 据悉，该男子姓易，41岁，两年前从广东老家来到重庆一工地打工。易某嫌打工工资太少，便开始寻找快速找钱的方法。去年夏天，易某偶然间听工友们说起可以拿假彩票骗奖金的“点子”后，他便开始实施这种快速赚钱的方法。
x9 T+ ^% V' k% W1 S* V6 r) s6 m9 t 易某交代称，他详细了解中奖方式后，在彩票销售点附近捡了很多未中奖的废彩票，用刀片、镊子和胶水将一张彩票上未中奖的号码挖空取下，再从另一张彩票上剪下能够中奖的号码，贴在挖空的位置上。

据办案民警了解，易某在去年10月29日和30日两天，连续3次拿着假彩票到石桥铺附近销售点兑奖，一共兑了2700元奖金。案发后，易某涉嫌诈骗罪被九龙坡区检察院提起公诉，上周，他被九龙坡区法院判处拘役5个月，并处罚金3000元。 |
