8月19日，《公益时报》记者在某网站发现一家名为“广州合盛电子有限公司”的厂商刊出的广告。
) N+ O: o/ ~! t8 e( w- S' M. ` 记者以买家身份对该公司进行暗访时发现，该公司销售的彩票纸多做制造非法彩票之用。此外，公司还生产销售各种Dubo机及DC专用器材。
4 F" r" H2 _3 S3 r0 |. {5 `3 [6 ` 近日，北京市公安局治安管理总队联合文化、工商等部门，在清河警用装备维修基地对今年以来收缴的1200余台Dubo机进行公开销毁。其中，俗称“捕鱼机”的“海洋之星II”Dubo机同样出现在该公司出售的产品之中。! O0 d8 j! R$ Q+ H' s0 K6 v
用纸可制“学生彩票”
. K- F1 k. j6 V7 {$ E! Q “我们这里的彩票纸并非国家发行的电脑票所用的热敏纸，而是生产‘自制彩票’所用。”据这位受访的徐姓负责人介绍，该公司出售的彩票纸为普通纸张，但他们可为买家提供加工服务，“我们可以按照要求将其加工成印有卡通图案的揭开型彩票，该彩票分为内外两层，隐藏的内层图案包含中奖信息。”, E+ \) W+ @& r0 {) y; Q4 @' s
当被问及这种揭开型彩票是否与曾被严打的“学生彩票”同材质、同工艺时，该负责人果断承认。

据了解，这家名为“广州合盛电子有限公司”的厂商不但分担者游艺场所的经营工作，还以制造游艺器材为主打，销路波及海内外。多款Dubo机、Dubo机配件、彩票纸、DC用的保单纸、Dubo用的游戏代币……其生产的所有产品无一不与Dubo挂钩。% Z k6 o" H) ]5 \
“我们的产品主要是出口，例如柬埔寨就是我们的订单大户，保单纸和彩票纸是批量最大的。”徐姓负责人告诉记者。 e0 c$ i6 ^* a& q" T0 g
当被记者问及对近日“海洋之星II”被集中销毁一事是否知情时，徐姓负责人略加搪塞，表示该公司只负责接受订单，并按客户要求生产，不会过问自家产品的使用情况。0 u/ t( u6 N* P
对此，北京市公安局治安管理总队一位不愿透露姓名的警员表示，Dubo器材的供应商多采取“事不关己，高高挂起”的态度。所以，对Dubo产业链上的这些制造商置之不理，无疑会成为打击Dubo工作的“真空地带”。 |
