3月31日，海南万宁一名男子向媒体爆料，自己被骗上网购私彩，莫名其妙欠下36万余元。如今，追债人追到了家里，又闹到了派出所。媒体记者试图进入杨某提供的私彩销售网站时，发现该网站已无法使用。

今年30岁的吴某是万宁市东澳镇明丰村委会人，在万城镇建设北路经营一家陶瓷城，多年来一直有买私彩的习惯。经常在店铺对面的私彩经营者杨某处购买私彩，每次投注额数百元左右。
; u8 n9 L/ G0 N, B5 A* O! Z吴某说，春节前夕，杨某告诉他说，现在买私彩已经可以上网下注了，网上买彩回报高、操作便利。杨某的一番话让吴某动了心，可是吴某表示自己几乎不懂电脑，杨某称可以教他。
: S5 _9 I, @+ {0 ]吴某说，到了正月十五这一天，杨某告诉他说，自己在网上买彩已经欠款36万余元，并问他何时偿还这笔欠款。吴某闻言大吃一惊，他说，尽管在网上玩过几次，但他认为，自己赢了也没有拿过奖金，按理说输了自然也就不用付钱。在得知欠债之前，还一直以为网上玩的是虚拟货币。/ Y0 f+ R* z: w# m( a' s" _" U9 d

3月31日下午，媒体记者在万宁市城北派出所见到了双方当事人。说起此事，长期卖私彩并教吴某上网买彩的女子杨某气愤地说：“难道说可以赢了钱就拿，输了就想赖账吗。”
& Z* R3 Z& C, U; l6 i$ ^据杨某介绍，多次买彩的吴某“信誉度”较高，又在她对面开店，故拥有先下单再付钱的权限。杨某称，吴某投注额很大，第一次上网买彩就投了7061元，最大一次直接投注20.8万元，在此期间也中过1万-4万元不等的奖项。杨某认为，吴某如今是想赖账。

而杨某则表示，若吴某完全不懂，那为什么赢钱了知道来找她要呢？杨某说，自己也知道卖私彩是违法行为，但是大家都在玩，是你情我愿的事情，愿赌就要服输。如今吴某不愿支付这笔欠款，导致她也没有办法偿还上线的相关款项。
