“我今年16岁，几天前从家里来南宁找工。没料到，今天就被人骗去学赌。”2月22日，在兴宁公安分局朝阳派出所里，一名男子接受民警询问时如是说。朝阳派出所民警当天在朝阳溪旁天地广场摧毁三个Dubo摊点，抓获15名涉赌人员，并缴获一批赌具和1200余元钱赌资。目前，警方正在进一步调查中。

近日，兴宁公安分局朝阳派出所在开展 “开门评警”大走访活动中，接到群众反映说，在朝阳溪旁天地广场一带有一些流动摊点存在违法活动，有些在摆卖6HC资料，有些在招揽路人Dubo。4 y" @8 B8 C% N6 ^1 e0 w0 @( ^
朝阳派出所立即派出便衣民警前往天地广场一带进行侦查。然而，由于流动摊点有专人望风，一见有疑是JC的人员靠近，便立即给摊主通风报信，等便衣民警赶到时，那些摊点不是走人，就是没有人守摊Dubo了。
0 j, E3 |' U; G, C) F4 R 经过侦查，民警摸索到这些赌摊设摊招人参赌的规律。
8 x; ~6 [$ c# m! d 昨日上午10时许，便衣民警分成几个小组，冒着毛毛细雨从四周向天地广场包抄过去。当场在3个赌摊前抓获15名涉赌人员，并缴获一批赌具和1200余元钱赌资。

" T7 k, K; [& P) w 被抓获的涉赌人员中，有10男5女，其中3人是庄家。3 P( q2 q4 m- f) P
在被缴获的赌具中，有一只怪异的凳子，只见凳子坐板上缠绕着很多铜丝，着实显眼。
" @$ e9 U' Q& d) I 庄家之一的女嫌疑人邱某交代说，在凳子坐板上放一只玻璃盒子，盒子和坐板间还垫隔一块布料。赌资不论多少，只要有人往自己喜欢的图案上下注，她就将色子往玻璃盒子里丢放。如果下注的图案跟色子上出现的图案相符，下注者就获得双倍资金返还。8 n* c3 t% P5 y
而经过办案民警之前的侦查发现，庄家往玻璃盒子里丢色子前，坐在一旁的同伙会悄悄地用疑似遥控器的工具来对色子进行操作，操控色子的图案，骗取金钱。9 K/ r7 x3 {& ^! o

在这15名涉赌人员中，有6人来自陆川县。李某就是其中一个。他自称今年16岁，去年初中毕业后因为成绩差不想再读书了，父母仍然想让他复读。春节后，李某就瞒着父母“逃”到南宁来找工作。/ \! ?" h5 d$ X/ F
当天，李某到一家粉摊求职，不料却被老板带到天地广场，让人教他学习Dubo。直到被抓后，他才发现，带去的人早已不知去向。
' y j6 v: Z& e& C+ X6 ^ “只要参加Dubo，或者聚众Dubo，都要依法给予严惩。”办案民警表示，他们会对李某反映的情况进行核实，同时设法联系其家人。 |
