“我老公是个打工仔，一个月内竟然输掉了8万多元！”昨日，何女士向本报新闻110报料：在复兴村常利里200号有一个黑彩票点，每天生意火爆，希望有关部门能将其取缔。% R! p$ [4 W! X
记者接到报料后，对该黑彩票窝点进行了暗访。这家化名为“鑫友通讯”的小店经营一种“即时彩票”，每3分钟即可开奖一次。老板介绍，她经营的彩票中奖几率极高，如果购买者胆子大、运气好，开奖一次最多可以赢13000元，并且现金返奖。可是，记者暗访时发现，看起来高的中奖率却另有玄机，不少轻信的彩民因此上当，甚至损失惨重。
3 t: x) C" Z6 }何女士的老公李锴兴（化名）就是上当的彩民之一。1个月前，李先生经朋友介绍在这家“鑫友通讯”店玩起了黑彩票。刚玩没几天，他仅用几十元钱就赢回了1000多元钱。欣喜之余，他将这个一本万利的好“买卖”告诉给了老婆何女士，并表示只会小玩，绝不多花钱。
S3 y- ~0 Y: k3 J 何女士见老公能以小搏大，便没太在意，可从此后再也没有看见老公赢钱回家。春节临近，亲友们纷纷找上门来讨债时，她才如梦方醒。原来，老公近一个月来，以做生意为名向亲友举债8万元购买黑彩票，“春节快到了，亲友都来催债，这个年算是没法过了！”, y! k) Q' r0 x2 R# A* _* g. ?3 ?
何女士介绍，自己与老公都是打工仔，还养有2名子女，8万元是他们家两年的收入。本以为事情暴露后老公会收敛些，可在前晚，他老公又去买黑彩票，又花了千余元。何女士前去劝阻，遭到老公的呵斥与殴打。( a+ E/ c/ M/ A( u
记者亲身体验了这种黑彩票的玩法后，请教了军事经济学院数学教研室主任刘正新教授。刘教授认为，这种彩票名义上的中奖概率过大，如果经营者不作弊，将必然亏得血本无归。. \: Q' M7 w Q7 y
湖北华平律师事务所的邱律师则呼吁，根据最高法院认定Dubo的几种司法解释说明，私人经营彩票就是组织Dubo，公安机关应该依法将其取缔。 |
