比推消息，Sam Bankman-Fried的辩护律师星期天致函法官Lewis Kaplan，请求允许SBF在欺诈审判期间使用医生给他开具的药物。
辩护方的文件强调了SBF患有注意力缺陷多动症，他的医生给他开具了阿德拉，需每天服用，然而，自两周前审判开始以来，他仅在早上出庭前被允许服用一次该药物。
信中写道：“随着我们临近辩护案件和是否让SBF先生作证的关键决定，辩护方越来越担心，因为SBF无法获得阿德拉，他无法像通常那样集中注意力。”
辩护律师建议在星期一的审判开始前，给予SBF一个延长12小时的阿德拉剂量。
信中提到：“如果该提议无法实施，我们尊敬地请求，审判可以在2023年10月17日星期二休庭一天，以寻找在剩余审判期内可行的解决方案。”
如果无法达成上述目标，该文件要求法院发布命令，允许SBF的辩护律师在审判日在法院内提供该药物。
