俄乌战争已经持续百日之久，在俄美两方博弈的情况下，西方对其的经济制裁又进行看加剧，而这场战争锁被波及的国家却远不止于此，俄罗斯和乌克兰的粮食出口加在一块达到了全球粮食出口的五分之一，因为战争的发生，粮食不在出口，许多小国依赖于粮食进口，当再俄乌买不到粮食之后，便将目光移向了其他国家，而印度赶上了多年不见的高温，而由于其粮食发生的恐慌，导致印度手中的粮食早在为成熟前就已经预定了，加之高温造成的粮食减产可能印度手中留给自己的粮食都会紧巴巴的，而印度在后续选择不在出售粮食，但是国内的粮价也已经起飞了。
