在最近的一条推文中，Coinbase 的首席执行官布莱恩·阿姆斯特朗（Brian Armstrong）指出，就在去年，加密货币监管的明确性是如何进步的。
根据上图，瑞士和日本等国家已经勾选了列表中的大多数复选框。这两个国家在加密框架、税收、AML/CFT、旅行规则和稳定币法规方面都有规定。他们的中央银行数字货币 [CBDC] 法律仍在实施中。
