萨尔瓦多的比特币债券将再次推迟
金色财经报道，Bitfinex和Tether首席技术官Paolo Ardoino告诉《财富》杂志，萨尔瓦多的比特币债券（Volcano Bond）将进一步推迟，直到今年晚些时候。Paolo Ardoino表示，如果发行债券所必需的立法能够于9月通过，将有两到三个月的时间来推出Volcano Bond，这表明销售可能会在2022年底之前进行。 2021年11月，萨尔瓦多总统Nayib Bukele首次宣布了比特币债券（也称为Volcano代币），该项目从投资者那里筹集了10亿美元，其中一半用于为基础设施项目融资，另一半用于购买比特币，Bitfinex被选为唯一的交易所提供商。尽管该代币原定于2022年初首次亮相，但萨尔瓦多财政部长将其推迟到3月中旬，然后随着比特币价格暴跌而无限期推迟。Stifel Financial Corp.新兴市场主权研究主管Nathalie Marshik表示，这可能是由于投资者缺乏兴趣，尤其是美国投资者被禁止在Bitfinex上交易。

昨日大饼经历过山车行情，昨日最高点20570附近未能突破走出回落，跌至19550附近，回踩不破前低走出反弹，上下均未破前期高低点，大饼日线看布林带开口均线BBI暂时压制K线，K线阴阳转换行情震荡，MACD快慢线有拐头迹象量柱缩量KDJ向上运行VR指标在60值附近盘整，4小时看布林带走平后微微开口MACD快慢线向上延伸量柱再次放量KDJ在60值附近交叉向上VR指标在70值附近盘整。整体来看行情在昨天晚间下探后凌晨又拉回到之前的点位，再次来到20500的阻力附近，那么还能在这里做空吗？技术面看是可以的，但风险比第一次大，可带小止损尝试，稳健等回踩做多20200-20000多，目标看到20500突破看向20800-21300，空单关注反弹力度21000-21300空，若突破就另则高位，目标看到19500-19000破位持有

以太坊昨日行情比较刺激上下波动较大，文中给出的空单完美到了第二止盈，恭喜跟上的币友获利60美刀，四小时级别如图k线大阳拉升若能站稳趋势线上方，行情将进入前期筹码密集区，从当前走势来看以太坊上涨动力比较强，所以今日空单需要谨慎，目前macd多头放量运行双线金叉延续上行，kdj三线呈金叉状态，四小时上涨还未走完，盘面给的信号均指向多头，小时级别行情连阴但回落力度不大，日内思路建议回踩先做多再看反弹力度去逢高做空，1590-1570多，目标1620-1650到达后可留底仓看向1750，届时若给到机会可反手做空长线看到三位数，中线看1400-1200 来源：金色财经 |
