FTX 起诉 Crypto.com，要求追回与 Alameda 账户相关的 1100 万美元

比推消息，据 CryptoSlate 报道，根据 11 月 8 日的文件显示，破产的 FTX已提起诉讼，要求追回其姊妹公司 Alameda Research 关联的 Crypto.com 账户中的至少 1100 万美元。
FTX 声称，在申请破产之前，Alameda 在 Crypto.com 上注册了一个账户，账户名称为 Ka Yu Tin（又名 Nicole Tin）。据该公司称，这种做法在 Alameda 中很常见，该公司经常以空壳公司或员工的名义开设账户来掩盖其交易活动。然而，FTX 声称 Alameda 为该账户提供资金并控制该账户。
据报道，在 Alameda 宣布破产后，Crypto.com 锁定了该账户，并拒绝了 FTX 管理员访问资金的请求，尽管他们多次尝试。FTX 进一步声称，Crypto.com 的拒绝是基于账户持有人的姓名与寻求追回资金的人的姓名不匹配。FTX 声称，它已经向 Crypto.com 澄清了案件的复杂性，并提供了法院批准的文件，但据报道 Crypto.com 仍未作出回应。
FTX 管理人目前正试图利用 Crypto.com 母公司实体 Foris MT 和 Iron Block 的关联公司提出的索赔。而这些公司已针对 FTX 提出 1840 万美元和 237,800 美元的索赔，这些资金在交易所倒闭前存于 FTX.com 账户中。
鉴于此，FTX 要求推迟处理 Crypto.com 的索赔，直至交易所释放其掌握的 Alameda 资产。FTX 还要求追回资产、法律费用和其他救济措施。
