体育，顾名思义就是对身体的培育。通过训练，使其达到竞技或极限的层面，这是属于培养各级运动员的范畴。3 ] W$ {! x6 s7 v& r5 [' G& P" y
一般的体育爱好者，为了锻炼身体，则只要长期坚持适合自己的某一项或几项，就一定能达到强身健体之目的。
# P) z; ^; y4 P" R7 G0 |拿愚夫自己来说，自今年的五月份，选择了晨跑和游泳这两个项目，就感觉收到了明显的效果：头不晕了，脚下有劲了。
. u& ^5 ^- ^5 |& a1 W7 A1 M能不能坚持，怎样坚持？这是对意志的考验，同时也要适时调整锻炼的时间安排。" u& T( i2 }2 G
11月的江南古镇，天气现已渐凉。我准备明天起将游泳的时间，由傍晚调整到中午。如有可能，想试试冬泳。
- @1 r2 U2 G8 \从《体育锻炼丛书》中，知道祖国北疆及国外的一些地方，有人能在零下三四十度的极寒天气里。凿冰冬泳。
9 y. h# `8 l3 \. d. s而我记忆中的景德镇，冬季最冷的时候，睌上洗脸的毛巾，清晨起来不过是结成了冰布片，估计最低也就是零下10度左右。何不试一试？
4 q; v; X$ |8 F0 y& X7 M$ M还知道冬泳对人有若干好处：4 p i5 ~5 D$ f( B# Q8 Q3 q
能增强免疫力；
9 ~5 }8 P2 _5 I" ]能增强心血管功能；4 {0 o( a o" o9 c Y( ~
能增强神经系统功能；: I. X7 `% }2 V" U1 b& H
能增强呼息系统功能；- r' s2 _/ e2 h* W! e* O9 y1 T
能增强消化系统功能；
- y3 G" `/ w' h' ^: E+ @/ y能保持肌肤清洁健康…! V* A- l% Q. _4 D2 s6 e, R
总之，冬泳好处多多。
. M1 k' U6 k3 N" f除上述两项目外，我还有一项不定时的已坚持多年的活动：种菜。
h# w! P+ D; _7 n" I3 @/ t种菜不仅有益于健康，还能培养勤俭、爱劳动的习惯，也是一种热爱生活的具象体现。4 M+ ?% i, |' h* f) Y* {6 v7 R
